My name is Adam Stillman and I am a WSET Level 3 sommelier in Los Angeles.

After over four years working as an attorney, I quit my job with no plan but knew I wanted to be in the world of wine. My professional wine journey began at Jon & Vinny’s and Helen’s Wines in Los Angeles where I started as an assistant sommelier and worked my way up to the corporate wine director position. I was the wine and beverage purchaser for five locations as well as Helen’s wine club and online retail operation. I have curated wine for A-list celebrities like Jennifer Garner, professional athletes like Anthony Davis, and musicians such as Chris Martin and Benny Blanco.
